Bad customer service over the phone, the phone representative tries to rush you off the phone rather than listen to what you have to say. The phone representative gives you vague answers to your problems that they barely understand and get upset when you reiterate your initial problem.

This place does what its for but the website they make soldiers use is TERRIBLE. The colleges represented here are good, there's Barton, ctc, kstate, and a few other regionally and nationally accredited schools there.
