TERRIBLE! I would not recommend.They put me in a position, and after working there for a little while, i decided it just wasn't for me. It wasn't the kind of work I wanted to be doing. I asked if I could be placed somewhere else. No, my wishes were pretty much ignored and I was told to quit, but that they wouldn't be able to put me anywhere else either way. THEN when it came to getting my personal items from my desk, it was ridiculous how it was handled. First of all, it was packed up and put in a box while i was not there. Then someone from Educated came to pick it up. It sat in the office until my Fiance was able to pick it up seeing as they were always closed by the time I got off of work and they are not close. When I finally got the box i noticed that 75% of my things were DAMAGED and/or MISSING. Mind you, I brought A LOT of office supplies with me because the office they had me working in, had very little. When I reached out, they pretty much called me a liar and that there was nothing they could do. I have not gotten any compensation or even an apology for any of this. I literally would recommend ANY OTHER STAFFING AGENCY.

The worst contract company I have worked for as a professional and i have worked with many. Worked a contract to hire position through them. Never heard from them after i started on site. When the company i was at decided not to exercise the hire option of the contract, The company I was at informed me not educated solutions. Educated solutions never called me. I had to call them 3 days later . They said they knew and were sorry. Then they attempted block unemployment.

Completely unprofessional. The rep I was working with rescheduled a time for a phone interview multiple times. The third time she didn't call at all and I had to call her to see what happened. All she could say was "I forgot." I finally went to the company they were considering me for directly and got an interview myself. Don't waste your time with these people.

Mark with ESC placed me in a temp-to-hire position which suited my skill set perfectly. After several months of employment, I was hired on permanently with a very reputable company. ESC always paid promptly and correctly, and the transition from contractor went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Kim Schmidt at ESC - she was prompt, thorough and made me feel like I always understood what was going on throughout the process. She provided tips for the interview process, and a folder full of onboarding information once I officially got the job. It was really comprehensive and I really enjoyed working with her.
