Feedback:

Called at 2:30pm on Friday. After the mundane automated messages and selection, I was notified that they are "currently experiencing high call volumes" and wait times often exceed 20minutes. I was put on hold and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes until the office closes at 4pm. Is this place really that popular or is there just no one picking up the phone?

They help once they get u in. Dont bother calling the number. They will never answer. Even though they have about 5 people working at once, they will take forever to see u if they have more than 2 people waiting to be seen. But hey no appointment required. I got here at 8:40am. It’s now 9:06am n I’m still waiting g to be seen. Here’s to hoping I get seen soon. N yes it is located in the health n human service office towards the back where it says “employment opportunities”

They never answer the phone. I have tried calling now since 2006 and they still haven't answered. If I called till 2086 they won't answer. They havent answered for any of my friends, family or anyone I know. If by some miracle they do answer or somehow you talk to one of the agents there they give you the wrong information. My mom needed emergency food stamps and medical when becoming very ill and they kept saying she wasn't a citizen, even after providing proof. So going in did no good. She had already done what she could in person. It is a very frustrating place to go. They could at least answer the phone. It's an important place, yet an inconvienant place. Not everyone has cab fare, babysitters, or a way or time to go here bc nobody can answer the phone.

Had to go to office because phone is always busy and hangs up on, you for threeweeks. I tried to reset my password four times and that didn't work. I worked for for 23 years and couldn't get 6 months unemployment without a major hassle.
