I own a 4.5 Million dollar a year HVAC service provider. I can't say enough nice things about this company. No company is perfect but EBS comes about as close as you can. I've been one of there customers for over 4 years and I can say if you select them to do your accounting needs then you made a good choice and save yourself a lot of aggravation. I love business but hate accounting, EBS loves accounting problem solved. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always jumped to any challenge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for bookkeeping and accounting services. Keep up the good work!

Our IT service company has been using ebs Associates for approx 9 months. We switched to them when our old bookkeeper closed the doors to her practice. We mainly work with Emilie and on rare occasions, Mary. Emilie is great! She visits our office weekly and helps with all our bookkeeping needs. She rarely makes mistakes and if I notice something is out of place, she is always very quick to find the fix. I highly recommend reaching out to ebs if you are in need a quality bookkeeper.

When my niece came to work for me earlier this year, I needed her to learn Quick Books and basic accounting so that she could help me with the administrative side to my business (I run my business using Quick books). Aside from a basic accounting class in high school, she had no accounting experience and she had not even heard of Quick Books. I sent her to EBS Associates to take their beginning Quick Books class and their basic accounting class. I was really impressed with the knowledge and the support that they gave her. When she had finished the classes and graduated from the programs, she was able to use Quick books on her own and she had a solid basic understanding of accounting principles. Whenever she had any questions, her instructor at EBS Associates was always available to help her through any issues that she encountered. This organization is very professional, the tuition that I paid was very reasonable for the benefits that I received, and I highly recommend EBS Associates to any business that is in need of Quick Books training and to train an administrative employee with practical accounting knowledge that they can use in the day to day operations of any business.

I own a little boutique, nothing big, but we do a lot of custom designs for different clients. I've been in business for about 2 years and a couple of months back my bookkeeper quit. I've been using QuickBooks as the financial software to help run my business. But the problem I was running into was that my bookkeeper was the one that always used the software. I know some of the basics but it just wasn't cutting it. I learned about ebs Associates through the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce. I decided to give them a call to see if they can help me with my software and bookkeeping. I talked to a very nice women by the name of Kelli who then proceeded to ask me questions about my business and the problems I was running into. After about an hour she was able to offer some terrific suggestions in how ebs can help. She then talked to another women by the name of Denise, who confirmed that the suggestions that she recommended were the right ones for my business. Denise then reassured me that I would not be disappointed, it was later I found out that Denise was the owner, what service! I hired them the next day after some thought and in a few days all my books were caught up. What I thought would be weeks, was only a couple of days. So now I use ebs Associates for all my bookkeeping needs.Thank You Denise and Kelli, you two are awesome!
