Client Review on Easton Employment and Training Center (PA CareerLink)

Feedback:

I was having issues dealing with the PA Unemployment office, so I called the Easton CareeLink and asked if they could help. The man on the phone explained that they aren’t the same thing was the unemployment office, but that he would help me if he could.I went in and met with Dennis; he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions despite it not being his job to do so. He then asked to see my resume and looked it over. He also gave me info on a few job fairs.This is possibly the first time I have EVER had a pleasant experience with anything or anyone associated with the state.
