I’ve been trying to pay my bill via online/phone both are not working. I am not in town. Received a delinquency email stating my light bill will be turned off just 2 days after it was due. I’ve been trying to contact them because I’ve been trying to pay my bill but their system is not working. This is a huge inconvenience

There is a pending Legal/Class Action suit against the City for over charging on the utility. I am one person and my bills on average are $150-$170..they don't care for payment arrangements and it depends on who you speak with and how they feel at that moment. The processes are dated and they dont seem to care. Like someone else mentioned you have to deal with 911 after hours if power goes out. Its all around attitude. DO NOT MOVE TO EAST POINT solely for this reason.

The City of East Point should be ashamed of themselves...you must have a permit to DO ANYTHING. If you move here, be aware!! You can't so much as dig a hole in your yard!

I didn't receive a utility for December. I called customer care to start an ebill account it took at least 15 minutes before my call was answered. The person that assisted was Ty She had absolutely no customer care attributes. Wow, I need a refund for the customer care fee due to lack of customer care I received today.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Power is off when the bill has been paid and the customer service is TERRIBLE! They are angry, mean and show no empathy!
