I was recently in the job market and worked with several staffing agencies in the process. Of all the agencies I had contact with, Durham Staffing Solutions is the only one I would work with again. Machael and Naichel were the only ones who treated me like a person and not just another resume, another fee. I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Machael took the time to get to know me and was genuinely committed to finding me a position that matched my skills and preferences. The other agencies seemed to take the approach that any job would do. Best of all, Machael offered some great advice on handling a prospective interview question that helped me land a position that I absolutely love! I was at a job for many years came in to work one day and was told I was getting laid off I panicked didn't know what to do or where to go so I decided to go in to Durham staffing solutions and it was the best decision I've ever made Kamber machel and Naichel put me at ease talked and walked me through all the hiring and interview process and went above and beyond to help me find a job I would excel at fit into and enjoy so I would have the best opportunity to succeed reach my goals for the future I never felt like I was alone once or just another employee they truly care about you and want you to succeed I would work with them over and over and recommend them to anyone

My daughter had shared with me how helpful and positive they were in helping her find her job and getting started in her career. My daughter told me when I moved here, not to go anywhere but Durham Staffing Solutions. I’m so glad I did! I walked into their office, and I felt at home. They helped and guided me, placed me in my current job, and I have been there 2-1/2 years. I don’t know how I would have managed this transition without all their help and guidance. I had nothing but an amazing experience at Durham Staffing. They were quick to respond to my resume, and help me on a personal and professional level. The entire office was kind and helpful and I felt like family the minute I stepped in their office, even after I was placed in my Accounts Payable position, as I was contacted by the owner a month after my hire date to see how things were going. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a new position as well as a boost of confidence in the working field!

She helped me re do my resume as well as put together an awesome cover letter to where I landed 4 interviews in one day at every place I had applied for and within 24 hours I had offers coming in left and right! They are all great gals who work there, they go above and beyond to help you the best they can and take pride in their work! You're not just another number with them, you're an actual person which is hard to come by these days with most staffing agencies! Thank you ladies!
