My previous accountant emigrated, at which point Dunkleys took over my accounts.I didn’t know what to expect in regards to the personal touch I was used to, but over time I found I was getting a much higher level of that personal touch, finished off with greater experience.The whole staff, from the cheerful receptionist to any of the accountants that I met to seek advice, to the directors who always asked if I was ok and being looked after as they walked through the reception area, nothing was too much trouble.I’m a one man outfit, but I also got the feeling if I was a much bigger company I would still have received the same level of quality service.
