Had a screen enclosure done about 3 years ago. I was initially happy with the work and customer service however recently, a seam in the super gutter started leaking and despite my efforts to fix it, I cant stop the leak. I called them and the only help they offered was to tell me to caulk it. Thing is, the seam in the super gutter shouldn’t have been there, they cut it too short and then sealed the cut. That seal has broken down and now 3 years after install I have a leaky gutter. A good company stands behind their work regardless of a warranty. Especially when it’s a workmanship issue. I would not recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about Dulando Screen & Awning! As a new homeowner, I had little to no knowledge of pool screen enclosures. I heavily relied on Dulando's expertise and they didn't disappoint! A BIG thank you to Amy for making this a seamless, stress-free process. You ROCK!!!

Working with Dulando Screen & Awning was nothing short of excellent. The entire crew worked tirelessly in order to fabricate our screened enclosure. Amy, Autumn and their entire front of house staff answered all of my incessant calls and concerns regarding permitting and timeline of completion. Each time with great disposition. 10/10 would recommend hiring the Dulando team for your next screen room or awning project.

I would like to say Dulando is the only screening company I will ever use. They are just top notch from start to finish. The salesman,Danny, was punctual and listened to my mother's needs & concerns and Fred got the job done beautifully and at a great price.I've never seen my mom so happy to sit outside. Give them a call, they will make Florida life more pleasant without the bugs. Not to mention the girls at the office are very friendly and informational.Customer service is obviously top priority which is hard to come by. Thank again Dulando
