When I needed to find a new job, I turned to a couple of staffing companies/agencies in the area. Drake and Company was quick to prove they are a step above the rest. The first day I visited their office, I was introduced to everyone who worked on researching positions for those in search of a job, and shook each of their hands. They all took into consideration what I was specifically looking for, and always called or emailed when something new crossed their desk. Then, within about two weeks or so, I had an interview set up with a local real estate company. I've been working at my new position now for a little over two months. Throughout the entire process, the representative I worked with, Shane, kept in contact with me to make sure things were going smoothly, and to make sure that I was happy with my new position. To top off this incredible experience, someone (I'm assuming it was Shane) dropped off the CUTEST desk plant and a card to congratulate me on accepting a full time position with the company as a part of their team! Thank you Drake and Company ( and Shane!!!)!

While the job offer I received was not exactly in the field I was looking for, Drake and Company was successful in finding a position that was perfectly suited with my schedule, interest, and future goals. Without their help, working for a great company like this would most likely not happen. I appreciate them and the help they have given me!

I visited Drake and Company in August, when I first moved to Madison. I had visited originally to get help updating my CV, however by the time I had left, I had already been set up for a job interview (which I got!)The staff at Drake and Co have been incredibly friendly and helpful to me, have taken calls from me out of hours and even offered to drive me to my interview as I had no car and didn't know my way around. Drake and Co couldn't do enough for me! I couldn't recommend them more highly

I had a very positive experience working with Drake and Company recently. After finding a posting I was interested in on Indeed, I was routed to Drake and Company’s website and was surprised by how many professional level positions they offer. I had never used a staffing agency but I decided to give it a shot. They have a friendly and responsive team who actually listened to what I was looking for in a position and helped me find an opening that matched. I ended up getting an offer for a great position with a well respected company (and the salary I wanted) and couldn’t be happier!
