I switched payroll companies at the beginning of 2018 and i could not be happier. Processing payroll is a breeze. It used to take me three hours every two weeks to process and now i can complete an entire payroll in less than fifteen minutes. 10/10. Would recommend.

Not good. Messed up year end owner's compensation and would not do anything to make it right. Then we switched services at 2nd quarter close and they never sent my tax reports. When I needed them, because I was no longer a client, stated there was a $100 per report fee. I do not recommend this company!

Trying to log into the website to clock in is half the battle. I think I've had to reset my password at least 10 times this year. Mobile never works, constantly gets an error message. It might be good for employers but I've had nothing but problems from their website.

We investigated several payroll services before deciding on Dominion Systems. We were with them for 4 years before our business closed. Never regretted the decision for a minute! Extremely responsive to questions. I never found anything where we were told "That's not possible to do." Highly recommend Dominion for your payroll/onboarding /ACA/time and attendance/reviews systems.

Their new employee onboarding system works fantastic and saves me a great deal of time and paperwork. Having the time and attendance on the same platform as payroll makes for a very seamless process. They even wrote a custom program for a very unique payroll rule our company has. I highly recommend Dominion Systems to anyone looking to end their frustrations with expensive, complex platforms that don't play nice together.
