Feedback:

It was a good place to work for just tell you that your at top pay and making you work mandatory Saturdays when you work 5 days a week 8 hour shifts there should be no top pay and it should be voluntarily if you wanna work on weekends or not

Feedback:

Horrible placeTo work they don’t care about your health , they only give you a 30 minute lunch they want you to work 7.5 hours straight basically killing your self if you have a health condition they don’t care or will work with you ...THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST WAREHOUSE I WILL EVER WORK 😣✌

Feedback:

I really enjoyed working here when I did. At the time and maybe they are still there now, Carlos and Julian were running the show. They were very good and professional people. The best part about the job(some may think its a bad thing) was the high turnover rate. I really enjoyed seeing new hires on a weekly basis. The bulk of the people that worked there when I did where of Asian Descent. The jobs that they had available were very easy and a trainer would be by your side for a few days just to make sure you were doing the job right and if you had any questions. You had to maintain at least a 75% production rate, if you fell under that for 2 weeks you were given a warning and then after a few warnings you were let go. You also earned a performance bonus if your production was 80% or higher. As far as work schedules, you worked 5 days a week Monday-Friday 40 hours a week with occasional mandatory Saturday's. For breaks and lunches you were only given one 30 minute PAID lunch break and could not leave the building during that time. At times near the end of the month there would be an occasional shutdown day or department shutdown and you didn't work although if you knew how to work in other departments sometimes you were given the choice to come in and work in that particular department. I enjoyed working here and I would recommend this place if you like to work and be around different cultures of people.

Please do not waste you time with DMSI on Retail drive. If u get injured on the job you must report it or you will be fired. I reported my injury sprain wrist and it is taken too long to heal. Dr orders light wrk... I am gonna get let go due to the point system.Thank God He can provide better.

Best place to work love it!!!

Feedback:

Worst place/company I've ever worked for in my life. I've been paid more doing less work. If you are hired as a Sorter or Unit Id'er the job is physically demanding. You are only allowed a 30 minute lunch but by the time you clock out and walk from your area to the cafeteria you may be lucky to have 20 minutes. God forbid you mention you are hurt they interrogate you as if you're criminal. They don't show any concern or compassion but yet expect you to repetitively lift 40 - 50 lbs boxes and/or containers for 7.5 hrs straight.

Feedback:

Do like Forest Gump RUN, run as fast as you can. The worse place to work. They treat you like robots, they want speed, they want productivity, they want production and more production. You have to do 75% or 100% production every single day. Oh yeah! They give you what they call Blue Ship (we call it bonus) NOT WORTH IT. You have stress all day long. Got to make the production. Lunch is 20 minutes you don’t even get the chance to relax. You walk 5 min to the lunch area, then another 5 minutes to get back so you have 20 minutes to swallow your lunch. Don’t let them full you. Run as fast as you can. Ruuuunnnnn, Run like Forest Gump! Not worth the stress! You get nothing but stress!

Feedback:

It's my first experience working for a warehouse, the schedule is not bad, the managers are really friendly and are always available to meet the needs of the employee, the only bad thing is that they work for production, they demand production if you can not give the production that they they require then they let you go, another thing is that they only give 30 minutes of lunch, of which 10 minutes are used to get to the cafeteria and 10 minutes to go back to strike the card, technically you only take 20 minutes of lunch, no breaks.

Feedback:

I spent with them the worst period in my life

Feedback:

Great place and opportunity for people in the Charlotte Metro area. Good work for good decent people.
