This was the first time I ever worked through a temp agency and this is the worst experience I've ever imagined to have. From customer service all the way down to getting paid. So this so call agency got me a position at a site. On the 4th day in my daughter had gotten sick I was unable to take her to daycare. I called   in and spoke with a lady  from a call center who said the office is closed but she will let the lady who had been assisting me since the beginning know. Then around 8:40 I got a call from the lady who had been assisting me from the beginning. Her name is Cindy. So she calls and all I said was hello and her automatic response was " you called in cause your sick? You don't sound sick!!" I was so in shock  first because  I had told the lady that answered my call earlier that my daughter had a fever the daycare wouldn't take her in. And second because the lady Cindy was rude. I responded " No I'm not sick my daughter is. " she then replied back" well you just started  they won't take you back."I said "okay  "  It was so ugly how she was  being toward me. I guess she had a bad morning but I feel in this profession you should always leave your problems at home. And she was acting like I just didn't want to work. In my head I was like lady did you forget I came to YOU for a job. Like if I could I would have gone in. Anyways I think she realizes how she was acting and at the end of the call said that she will call them and see if I will still be working there. And that she will let me know by the end of the day.  So i waited and no call already 4pm. I called Cindy back and she said she emailed them and they didn't reply. And told me to just go in tomorrow. Something just didn't seem right.  So I took it upon myself and called the actual site I worked at. Which to my surprise Informed me that my supervisor  never received an email from Cindy nor a call.  Neither the lady that handles the temp to hire employees at the site. I was so upset and glad I called so I didn't go in the next day for no reason ( problems didn't end there) So then I faxed over my timesheet and never got paid I called and coincidently it was because they never received my timesheet they said they would call me back and never did. A month and a half later still no pay nor call.  Just 3 days but still  I didn't just work for free.  I called back and spoke to pay roll and they told me they never got my timesheet. So I said okay enough with the run around.  What do I do to get what I worked for. Do I need to submit another time sheet what do I need to do. She then said "yes you can do that just go to the office and they will fax it over to her". (She said I could go to the east side location.) And so I do so and also told the lady in payroll that I wanted to cancel  the direct deposit I want a check.  She then told me I had to fill out a form there. Which I did. All to get a voicemail from pay roll saying my timesheet got approved I will get the direct deposit tomorrow.  Like are you kidding me. I just told you and faxed you a form to cancel direct deposit. Literally just spoke with you.  This place needs to get inspected. Fraud seems to be going on here. This place needs better  employees and better customer service. This waa the first and last time I ever work through a temp agency. They are giving temp agencies a horrible rep.  If I could I'd rate this place a zero.
