You all hire people that have DWI's and does drugs and might have STD' as well. Not to add that there is an employee that has mental issues and is mentally and emotionally unstable that uses crack/cocaine, and cocaine. Cristina Martinez is this person yet you all still these type of people that might blow up in your face and not show up one to work or will show up high, drunk, or hungover and might end up getting you in trouble for not getting the job done. Reconsider your hiring process and make sure that we as patients are treated by people that don't attention themselves
