We were looking for a conversion from Sage to Quickbook's, and spent months looking for a company that could help us with that transition. When all was said and done this company is not worth your time or money.. They had converted over just customer/vendor names, leaving the rest up to my team. They implemented wrong payroll expenses, chart of accounts, put item lists into the wrong accounts. They created me multiple Quickbooks accounts, even using my personal email after I had told them to delete it. They continued to get me billed for it and having to deal with it myself. They created multiple merchant service accounts that took me time to go through and delete with customer support and to figure out what they had done. When confronted with all these, they have been rude with their group meetings where they basically told me I was wrong.. 5 months later I am still dealing with this problem with having to implement client names that were not converted over, correcting balance sheets so my numbers are actually correct, etc. Do not work with this company save yourself the multiple thousands of dollars its going to cost you for a useless conversion team.

I've have personally experienced many software implementations and have never had a good experience with any of them! From the over promises of what the product could do, versus to what it actually did, to horrible customer service of not getting back in a timely fashion or "sorry, there's nothing we can do". DL & Associates is quite the opposite!!!Each and every time I've spoken to anyone there, I've gotten immediate responses, actual solutions and have never experienced any down time, waiting for answers. Thank you to David, who has made this whole experience stress free and Tianna , who just absolutely ROCKS at her job!

We run a couple of retail appliance sales and service stores. I had a corrupted Quickbooks data file this past week and intuit could not help. They gave me DL's phone #. Spoke with David on phone. He got it scheduled with Tianna and everything was fixed by this Monday AM. Awesome service. Thank you.

Had a real problem with an activation issue that was my own fault because the lap top it was installed on crashed. Rajan from customer service called me back and went way above and beyond to help me get it swapped over at no cost!!!!!!!

DL & Associates are a great resource for Quickbooks support. Both Yezenia and David Lin were very responsive and accommodating to take my call and stop what they were doing to address our issues. David listened carefully to our issue, was very knowledgeable of the system, and resolved our issue on the our first call. Both were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Great experience and will be come back as needed for their support. Thank you both.
