If you’re looking for employment just look elsewhere!! I took an assignment with diversified and I started on a Monday and after my shift I was told the assignment was over via phone call. On that Wednesday I get a call from diversified saying if I’d like to return to the job that there was a misunderstanding or whatever, so I work Thursday and Friday. I felt something odd so I wasn’t going to bother returning the following week because I took a position elsewhere! So I get my check from them and I’m paid for only For 7 hours out of the 24 hours and that was about a month ago lol I called a few times but I just cut my losses, they are a joke! Save yourself the trouble because I have to initiate every call and they would not call me or keep me updated “they’ll say they are working on it” I just said screw it it’s okay I won’t call anymore I’ll cut my losses.

After working with Debra and her Lake-land Florida team I had to write this review. She was extremely thorough and consistent throughout the duration of the hiring process. The communications were very clear and constant and I understood every step of the way where we were in the process. I dont normally do reviews, but I personally had a great experience at the Tampa location today. I am always very leary applying at a Temp/Staffing agency because I have never had a good experiencd dealing with them in the past. I spoke to Ms. Tori and she was very professional and personable. She put me at ease and most of all expressed a great understanding of my hesitation. No matter how things work out with the job they are trying to place me in, Im a total fan of DSS. Thank you Ms. Tori. Wish there were more like you in your position. I hope DSS knows they hit the jackpot with you as a true professional and leader of the Tampa office.
