******BEWARE******My husband had a horrible experience with the DISA facility located in Nederland Texas. After testing negative for THC, drug screen given at the DISA location he gets a call from a very RUDE lady name LINDA stating she was located at the Houston branch and he needed to pay $150.00 to retest because he was positive for THC. My husband and I were very confused, one because he does not smoke marijuana therefore should have never come back positive and two the DISA location in Nederland's results were negative for THC. I'm wondering how many other people has this LINDA from the HOUSTON branch (the account manager) has she scammed before? I will be conducting a full investigation on DISA the Nederland location and there so called branch in Houston and LINDA the account manager for the Houston location. The BBB have been contacted as well!!!!

Always used Disa for new hire drug screens and Randoms. The staff is very helpful especially Jennie she is always there to answer questions. I never had any issues they are fast and efficient.

Waiting room was hot and they are wayyyyy under staffed. One lady doing the fit testing and she wasn't in any hurry in trying to get people out the door. Tower Medical is some much better. But the company sent me here so I didn't have a choice.
