This Company Should Be Investigated. I Had To Have A Breathalyzer & Hair Follicle On Behalf Of Bay LTD 01/17/2017. You Have An Allotted Time To Complete The Process. As Soon As I Received My Paperwork I Went Directly To Analytical Testing Of Texas. Once There I Completed My Paperwork. Sat There For A While. Then I Was Called To The Back In Order To Complete The Breathalyzer Test. The Assistant Then Proceeded To Cut My Hair. The Assistant Stated, "She Had Enough ". Later That Day I Received A Call From Bay LTD. Say, I Needed To Return To Bay To Pick Up Paperwork & Back To Analytical Testing. Analytical Testing Claimed They Did Not Cut Enough Of My Hair. Since I Didn't Know Any Better I Did As Instructed.A Few Weeks Later I Receive A Call From A Nurse Who Then Transferred Me To An MRO. Who Then Proceeded To Tell Me My Hair Follicle Was Positive For Cocaine. I Answered All The MRO's Questions, Submitted My Prescription History From Three Years Back & The MRO Did Not Overturn My Results. $350.00, A Couple Psychiatrist Visits, Two AA Meetings, Six Months Black Balled From The Refinery Through DISA.I Contested The Results For $175.00 Dollars DISA Say Sure No Problem. WE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & RETEST THE SAME HAIR. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE. Thank You DISA For Falsifying My Hair Follicle. Your Company An The Fraudulent People Whom You Have Working There Are All FRAUDULENT People. Never In My Entire Life Have I Ever Experienced Such A Drug.Y'ALL ARE ALL APART OF SOME CONSPIRACY. A NEW WAY TO GET RICH SCAM. Thank You.
