Sadly, I should have heeded the warning of the other 1-star reviews. I will not return to Directax. It took Rudy Robles only thirty minutes, yet I was charged $200, with one W-2 and one 1095. When asked where there service fee structure is printed, they could not tell me. It's not listed anywhere. They then scapegoated their employee who did my returns last year, making the situation even more awkward.

My husband and I have been completely satisfied with Direct tax in Santa Fe. Rudy Robles has been able to get us the best refund possible. We used them for our 2013 return and our 2015 return. We were living out of town last year and used another company for our 2014 return but were not happy and were charged almost double! We will be using Direct Tax from now on!

Made an appointment with this Rudy character and when I showed up he pushed me off to someone else so that he could talk to his friend on the phone. The gentleman that "helped" me was no help at all.
