If you are considering using Direct Payroll Services for your HR Payroll- I would highly recommend it! Customer service is a very important aspect in a business- and they nailed it! 5 Stars for Susan & Direct Payroll Services!

After over 16 years with another local company I decided to make the switch to Direct Payroll to provide my business with complete payroll solutions. As you can imagine after 16 years with the same company to make a switch can be a difficult decision to make. Direct Payroll came highly recommended from friends of several other local area businesses. I made the transition in January of this year. It has now been 3 months, Rob and the entire team at Direct Payroll have made this transition comforting, welcoming, and seamless. It’s refreshing to me that Direct Payroll has done and continue to do exactly what they promised. Their operation is also as such, exactly as Rob described. Most important to me Rob and his team have taken the anxiety and stress out of dealing with a constant revolving door of payroll specialist for myself and my management team. The entire Direct team have been knowledgeable, reliable, and professional.
