Super disappointed with this tax company. I was quoted a price and was charged $60 more than the quoted price. Recieved a letter from the IRS staying that a document was not included that should have been. I dropped off the document at Dillon Entries and told my accountant to call me once she had it finished. I called 10 times and left messages in two weeks, but no response. I called the receptionist and complained and she told me that she would talk to my accountant. My accountant did call me a few days later and told me that that the form was completed and that it was sent in.I went in to collect my tax information and was told that the document was never sent in. Awful service and bad communication. Now I have to wait an additional month and a half to receive my refund. Not to mention she waited until the last day to send in my taxes.
