unbelievably blown away by the incompetence displayed by this accounting group. wow, actually kind of impressive the level of complete ineptitude displayed there. mistake after mistake, egregious lack of communication, and we have to pay for their mistakes by paying to send out the amendment. Business as usual for them I suppose?

I have had my taxes done here for the last four years with fantastic customer service.This year was not the case it took over a month to have them finished and then they were "misplaced" for over two weeks AFTER I had already paid to get them filed,All I was offered was a sorry.Would not recommend this place to ANYONE very unprofessional and do not care about customer service.I will be taking my business elsewhere next year for sure.

Unfortunately I would have to say I'm not happy with their service... They were certainly the cheapest by far; and their service showed that.. I had an appointment for my Fiance and myself and my Fiance was able to file same day but I was not because of a missing health form. My health plan changed several times that year between being off my parents plan and a new job. When I called my health providers, they kept stating I didn't need that form to file my taxes; however, Marc was insistent on it. Finally after hours on the phone & 3 weeks later, I received the form he wanted and sent to him. At this point, my fiance should have received his refund. We gave it a few more days and then we finally called Diemer. Turns out the girl misplaced his file and never submitted them... Almost a month later and close to the April deadline and they wouldn't have been submitted unless we called... I am not saying I wouldn't try them again as this was the first time we used them, but now I just know to proceed with extreme caution and be diligent to be sure they do their job properly...

We were with Diemer for 4 years and I was a new business owner. Each year they filed for an extension as my business grew by 40% annually. They gave no guidance on taxation or best practices. I have changed accountants and this year is the first year we are filing on time and the new accountant has been very helpful. If you are a new entrepreneur I do not recommend Diemer Accounting.

Always need to file an extension because they never have corporate returns done on time. They tell you they have filed them and a few years later you will get a penalty from the IRS for never filing !! They refuse to communicate with you and continue to bill you. Terrible firm! DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!

I was very disappointed with my overall experience, especially considering three different people recommended Diemer Accounting to me. Errors were made which caused delays. Promises to communicate in a timely manner were not kept. Plus, they did not respond to a letter I wrote, voicing my concerns. By far this was the worst experience I have ever had with tax preparation.

Terrible experience. I called to ask for someone else to look over my tax return because Kim was incompetent. They said someone would call me back the next day and no one did. I still have no idea if my taxes were filed. I will never go back and make sure I let everyone know not to go there. I would have been better off completing my taxes on my own.

The staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions and give sound guidance. They genuinely want our small business to succeed, and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
