The quality of their work is a matter for debate. One thing that is not debatable, is that if you contact them with a legitimate concern, and they don’t like the way the conversation is going, they will end communications and block e-mails. You could be a resident in good standing who has all association dues paid up to date, and they will still block you. I find it unprofessional for a “full service” management company to have no problem running to the bank to cash your association checks, yet block you like a high schooler when communication does not go their way. Just a terrible way to do business. In response to the company’s response that I’m not a resident, please let me stress that it is VERY EASY for me to prove that I am. I guess I could call your office on Monday. Or better yet, I have the e-mail from your company’s representative that communication was cut off and e-mails were blocked. Should I post that as proof that 1) I’m a resident, and 2) Communication was cut off?Not all negative reviews are written by residents that “harassed and bullied” this company. During the six months they were our management company, I had six email conversations with their representatives. Six! During that time, I contacted our HOA board once, and met a similar level of competence. I hardly believe that that frequency of interaction qualifies as harassment, unless you are just incredibly soft and fragile.I would just like to point out, as others have, that all the positive reviews are from “A Google User” or HOA board members. Conflict of interest? Fake positive reviews? That’s for your community to decide.And that is a cute fake “Mikey John” review below. Picture is fine, but using the name with the implication I wrote the review is identity theft. Pretty cowardly, really. I would seriously question the validity of any positive review, as below there is an obvious example of a bogus one. I really hope that review stays up...really makes my review stronger.
