Not very professional. I interviewed for a specific job, then interviewed at that jobsite. Des never even returned my calls. At least call, that's the respect they want from you. Why not reciprocate? I had a good report, too. In 2014, I was hired into Olympic Steel through des.

First time ever using a staffimg agency. Worth noting that I already was offered a job that requires new hires to start through DES. That being said, staff is very professional and treated every person that came into their office while I was there equally. They have an efficient system in place which allowed me to get in and out within an hour. I cannot speak for their job placement abilities but I feel like any serious and qualified person will have no problem finding work with this agency

Very great company. Have worked many times for des from 2013 on. Have always found me work. Great people great jobs. I have recommened many people who have been hired thru des. Just wanted to put this review up to let others know they are a good company.

DES employment employed my boyfriend for 2 months, when requesting his W2 that was suppose to be submitted yesterday-as we were told from them too. Then we check online today & what do you know, nothing. He calls & they state the employment he worked for hasn't gotten back to them- come to find out that was a LIE & their system was down... why lie about your computer system & put the blame on a WELL known business sandstrom! Jennifer was very rude after I brought up the lie & hung up on me twice. Typical temp services.
