Placed an order and realized it was the wrong shipping address. Called them immediatelly and asked to change the address. The female on the phone sounded like she was getting it!! But.. NO..checks shipped to the wrong one!!

I always have a hit and miss. usually rude though. I tried to place an order for my checks today and the lady was rude. she seemed aggravated with me asking questions. I told her I was ready to place an order and she hung up. She had my number because she had to verify it, well she never called back. I have a business and I usually order for myself and my business from Deluxe (envelopes, checks, stamps) but I wont be doing so from now on. going to another vendor
