My overall experience with Delta T has been positive. I have not had issues with being paid. Christina is especially helpful and diligent when finding me placement in a school district. She works very hard to find you a placement, and is very communicative. I have been with the company for 6 months and have had 1 week off assignment. I recommend working with her.

For an agency that is supposed to assist with filling staff vacancies during shifts, they are impossible to work with and are terrible with communication. No matter how much advanced notice you may give them with the request for staffing, 90% of the shifts are never filled and it is never communicated. However, many of the staff that are sent are wonderful to work with, but please note this is few and far between.
