You must watch their business restructuring department. Once you ask them to help your company and sign on the dotted line you will be in liquidation before you know it. They are smooth and cool before you sign and then they are cold and illusive even though you appointed them. There are a lot of good companies out there that really try to save distressed companies and not bring them down like Deloitte.
