This tag agency is great, I've been going here for about 4 years now. It's where I got my first license, my first plate, multiple tags, registered to vote, and brought in absentee ballots. The staff are patient and polite, but you have to be patient and polite as well. No being on your phone, and have your documents ready. Following those rules, I've never had any issue at all with them. Looking at all these negative reviews, I can only imagine what kind of attitudes the poor staff here has to face.
