Nice guy, but isn't going to go to bat for you regarding anything out of the norm. Insisted on us switching to Blue Water Home Loans. Worst experience ever! Mike knew our dire situation of homelessness but frequently dropped the ball when I asked him to reach out with concerns to listing agent. Disappointed that there is no broker in his office because HE is the broker. He will not help us obtain our emd back on a loan we could not secure financing on. After he got his comminsion, he left me in the dust. When I did finally reach him, he suggested I contact an attorney. I think if he's selling your house, he'll work for you, but he's not suitable to help you buy a home if you have unusual circumstances or have a time constraint. Do not let him suggest Blue Water Home Loans for your motgage! I spoke with a local Broker who understands our circumstances and she states our money should be returned.
