The staff is very rude and unprofessional. You get hung up on and they send you to jobs that don't fit your skills. They take forever to find you a job. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend decision path as a place of employment (look at their reviews). I worked as a internal recruiter for them and I must say it was the worst work environment I have ever experienced. I heard the other internal recruiters make racist comments about the candidates and they also talked bad about the other Decision path branch located in Charlotte, NC. I was let go in an unprofessional way , the branch manager sat me down and said we have a new recruiter starting next and we just don’t have space for you (her exact words). I don’t see this company lasting long because they have no MORALS. Please do your research before visiting this company . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The people that work in this office is very unprofessional. They never seem to get back at you about anything. If you call up there to check on something it always we’ll give you call back or you can always leave a message and someone will return your call. They never call back at all and it’s just sad. Everyone in the office needs to be fired and a whole new team needs to be put in that place. Always remember respect is due to a dog at the end of the day plus you always treat ppl the way you want to be treated. I’m disgusted with temp agency and the team workers. Never again will I refer anyone to your location. Whoever’s reading this and thinking about applying please don’t waste your time and that’s on GOD!!! #GOODLUCK

Just an all-around terrible experience with these people. After making promises for a job get a callback stated that background check did not pass for any employer that they service. Which in fact I work for one of their employer's in the past with no problem.

They try really hard to make sure you are happy in your assignment. If you are a good employee (come to work, don't give them any problems) they will even give you an opportunity in another dept, if you are not happy. I would definitely recommend this agency.
