This company got involved with another insurance company called Alpha Omega Insurance. I guess Deana in Draper picked up or bought this insurance company which was horrendous. I gave Dena Draper a chance to fix my issues but they fumbled the ball. I guess they pick up the bad habits from Alpha Omega Insurance and carried it forward into this company. They over charged me, overrated the value of my properties, refused to reevaluate my properties, refused to refund me the money they overcharge me and then on top of it sent me to collections. I gave them a chance to fix it and they failed. I would avoid them like the plague. I have since moved on to a reputable insurance company who evaluated my properties fairly. I am contacting my attorney to see what can be done at this point.
