I have never before seen a more disorganized group of misfits in my life. They dont bother reading the information that they make you take your time filling out. After being sent to an out of town office twice in the same day, they asked why my paperwork wasnt completed in my hometown office. This puzzled me, as I knew my address was in the forms they were supposed to be familiar with in order to find me employment. They want people to do a good job as employees of Dawson, However, the office associates responsible for placing people do not have a clue where they are sending people or what they are asking of them. After spending half a day setting in my hometown office, I can say without a doubt that there is quite a bit of favortism showed toward African Americans who visit the office. I have never felt more belittled. The office employees should be ashamed of themselves for the difference they make toward people and for their lack of knowledge in just about every aspect of their job.
