If you have a background, no work history, and/or trying to return to the work force, you can place an application in to see if you quailify for different skilled jobs, general labor positions, and even general assembly production. Dawson pulls the diffenert jobs available from several companies into one place, and they share your application with these companies with a chance to be hired full time for them in a short time.I have personal used Dawson twice; and though it does seem fast paced, the application is long, and being told to wait for a word back from the other companies, Dawson does give anyone a chance and aims to find you the best job that you with your skill requirement in the area. I've seen people be scheduled for interviews or even go to work the next day while completeing their application. It all depends on the jobs avaliable and how willing you are to work.I got my current job from Dawson; and if I lost it again, I'd gladly use their service again.
