I was very fortunate to get connected with Cody at DAVRON early into my job search. Within one month, I had accepted a position at a company I am very excited to work for. My first two weeks at my new job have been fantastic.Cody and the team kept me updated daily, and were very easy to work with. I never had any trouble getting in contact with them. In my experience, I needed to conduct a compensation negotiation, which the team handled exceptionally.

Alex was a pleasure to work with throughout the interview and hiring process. She was organized, chased down answers quickly and listened to my input without trying to hard sell. In the end I got what I asked for and it was very low stress. I only wish all recruiters conducted themselves this way.
