steve did my taxes. it was close to the deadline. so instead of doing it on time he requested an extension. but then he forgot to do my taxes. i called about 7 weeks after the dead line. and then i called again and again. i was lied to. i finally talked to john. but at this point he cant do anything for me. its july 9th and all i know for sure, through the irs website, is that within 21 days from the 30th i will have my refund. i promised my kids a vacation with that money. i dont have that money infront of me to plan a vacation. maybe something can be planned last minute. but im really upset. and no refund was offered.
