Feedback:
Didn’t even get to talk to anyone. Called to set up appt, phone went blank, then hung up, then I get text message saying someone will contact me, then start getting messages from computer system. I don’t appreciate being handled by computers. I am a person and I want to talk to a person even if all I want is to set up an appt and I don’t feel my request is unreasonable. I won’t be using their service. Very impersonal.
