We found Data Doctors of Suntree as we live next door. We have been there 3 times to fix our computers and can resoundingly say we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. They are courteous, professional, kind and above all patient. My 90 year old other scooters over there and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You won't be disappointed. Bill and Dennis are GREAT!

These "Computer Experts" could not or CHOOSE not to tell me that the problem with my laptop was my power supply and not the actual laptop. So they basically charged me $129.00 for charging my laptop battery! When I picked up my laptop the General Manager told me we opened up the back of the laptop and disconnected everything and then reconnected it again and poof it worked! He said he was not sure why but it works now! When I got home the laptop worked until it needed to be charged. I plugged it in to charge and came back later, it would not turn on AGAIN! I called them right away and was told that the first power supply they had tried (mine) would not work so they went and got a different power supply which did work and everything was fine. They asked me to bring it in again! I decided to try a brand new power supply first and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? The laptop now charges and turns on! I, an almost 60 yr old lady, figured out the issue myself, I called them and told them and they DENIED, DENIED, DENIED and then they were belligerent and extremely rude! They refused to provide even the bare minimum of Customer Service!If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't get my wireless connection to work, no matter what I did. 10 minutes with Data Doctors and I was back in business. I always say, do what you do best and let others do what they do best. This is theirs! Thanks guys!

Wonderful service. Bill and Dakota got my old DELL back to me quickly, 2 days. Installed a new power supply, hard drive, transferred all the data, verified my system was up, and vacuumed the housing. Aloha

Absolute waste of time. Called them from 45min away and exolained my hard drive situation, to which I was assured they could help. Drive all the way there, only to hear "oh yea, it's broke" No ** Sherlock... Literally the best they can do is send your stuff off to a data recovery company. How in the world worthless middle men like this can still exist in 2018 blows my mind. Send your stuff off to a data revocery place on your own. It literally only requires a Google search. But even worse, I ended up being able to salvage the drive and all my data on my own without a data recovery company. Which makes this story an even worse commitary on this company

I bought a new laptop and was having some difficultly transferring all the data from the old PC and getting it synchronized with my iPad and iPhone. I went to Data Doctors and was very pleased with their responsiveness, friendliness and technical capabilities. Highly recommend the Suntree/Viera office and their manager, Bill Ford.

In town on business. Left my laptop charger at home. Bill fixed me up at a fair price. Listened to him patiently talk a noob through a modem setup. Patient, kind. I would have reached through the phone and strangled the guy. How are there computer noobs literally at the gate to Kennedy space center? Everyone's neighbor is an actual rocket scientist.
