No help at all with any of our questions. We are in a difficult situation and its our first year filing taxes and we don't know much. Started asking questions and mentioned that we were filing with ITIN number, then they put me on hold and suddenly said that they were all booked. Staff isn't helpful at all

Notwithstanding that I submitted my documents after April 2, the Gagnon group got my somewhat complicated return done by April 13, in very good shape and for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend the firm.

David took the time to go through different areas of my tax situation and make recommendations for the future. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. What a terrific team at Dan Gagnon's office! I always receive personalized attention from a very professional and informed group of people. We own three small businesses, and this terrific bunch manage "make it happen" from taxes, to payroll, sales tax, quarterlies, you name it. They're even helping us switch from Quicken to Quick Books. What a Godsend. They are very friendly and are great problem solvers. Try them, you'll love them!
