You get what you pay for. Worst accountant I have ever worked with. I had to double, triple, quadruple check everything they sent. They just pull figures out of thin air and tell you they make sure it is tax efficient. I had concerns at some point I would get myself into trouble with HRMC as the accounts looked so wrong. At least I learnt a lot about accounting because I had to do their work for them to make sure it was right. You also get the pleasure of meeting many new people as you will never ever deal with the same person twice. Staff turnover is so high I wondered whether they are all apprentices. I'll rather pay 200 more and get a real accountant in the future.
