I worked with DES for over 15 years. They were once a great company. Honest and good however it's a shame what they've become. They post jobs that are not real with high paying numbers to entice and bring in people for their numbers. Zip recruiter is a joke when it comes to them. Be aware of all there job postings. Make sure it is in fact available before you spend hours of your time there. Very disappointed in the way they do business now. I haven't stepped foot there since one of their best retired two or three years ago. She cared and took care of you. People there now care about themselves. Recruitment is not what it used to be. Tired of seeing their high paid positions that they don't even have available for people. It's wrong to do that to people that are looking for work. Just be warned out there. There are plenty of agencies. This should not be one you go to.

Absolutely terrible customer service and follow through. You can send message after message and you will not receive a response. This office was ran by excellent folks several years ago. After some others retired it has gone downhill fast.

Tania was great to work with, I had a hard time looking for a job after I was let go back in May 2017. I interview with different Temp Agency and never got a call back. In July 2017 I went with DES and they found me a job the same week I went to interview.Thank you so much Tania Zapata!!

I don’t know why any person who has talked about means when they speak negative about DES, especially the GOAT Allie Johnson. Allie defined a bar for me when she gave me an interview over FaceTime instead of having me come all the way to an office. She is on top of any messages you send her; will go to bat for you and make suggestions to what will present you better based on your experience. If all of DES is like her, then that’s an amazing company. You won’t regret working with Allie and DES. Give them a call.

Dallas Employment Services went above and beyond for me. I worked directly with Dobbs and she was amazing. She worked so hard and fast to get me out on interviews that had amazing potential. She really had my best interest in mind and wanted to help me find the right job that would move me in the right direction toward the career I have been looking for. I worked with Allie here, who was great. I tried to reach out recently with no response but she has sent me out on a job interview before. I think it wasnt a good match for me but maybe it would be for someone else!
