I originally contacted Dailey Bookkeeping Services because I started getting multiple notices from all the different payroll tax agencies that my payroll tax documents had not been filed for quite some time. I had a bookkeeper, but apparently she was not doing things correctly in regards to payroll and I did not know how I was going to fix this situation because it went back multiple years. I contacted Dailey Bookkeeping Services and spoke with Jacqueline and due to the urgent matter of the situation, she met with me right away. She went above and beyond my expectations. Everything is all squared away and Im not getting any more letters. I really wouldn't have been able to do it without her....

Jacqueline Dailey is fantastic. As the only Xero Certified accountant in Michigan, I called to meet and explore how she might help with my tax preparation and bookkeeping.She's a straight shooter. We met on a Friday afternoon and got into the details. She actually walked me through Xero, looked at my books and taught me how to use the system. Then, instead of trying to sell an expensive package, we discussed how to reduce my cost and still have access to her expertise as an accountant! Jacqueline Dailey at Dailey Bookkeeping Services has been a tremendous help for my business. I initially reached out to Jacqueline because I was on a desktop version of Quickbooks and it was my last piece of software not in the cloud. I was not happy with Quickbooks and wanted to switch to Xero. I found Jacqueline on the Xero’s “Find a Bookkeeper” website. I was impressed with Dailey Bookkeeping Services’s website, technology, Jacqueline’s credentials and experience. Jacqueline helped me clean up, organize, and ultimately convert my Quickbooks file to Xero (not an easy task, esp. since I was on Quickbooks for Mac). She knew many “tricks and insider’s tips” (for both Quickbooks and Xero) which made the conversion go much faster and smoother. It was clear she knew her stuff and was an expert with both Quickbooks and Xero. I plan to use Jacqueline for ongoing bookkeeping support. Jacqueline with Dailey Bookkeeping Services is great to work with. We were using a proprietary accounting software that was hard to use and hard to train new people on. We were looking for other software and decided upon QuickBooks. Jacqueline did an initial analysis of Cook Plumbing Corporation to find out our needs and we settled on QuickBooks Enterprise with a Field Service Management add-on. She entered our beginning fiscal year numbers, chart of accounts, vendors, customers, as well as outstanding bills and outstanding invoices. We were able to start implementing QuickBooks fairly quickly and Jacqueline did great with training me on the features of QuickBooks remotely since she is located in Michigan and Cook Plumbing is in Iowa.
