Absolutely terrible - never working via contracting agency ever again. Not only was I not given any sort of benefits (insurance)/PTO/vacation/sick days for my 40 hrs/week job, but their HR is completely incompetent. After 2 requests of my W-2 to be sent to my new address, it still has not been done. Instead, they sent paperwork for some sort of health assessment packet -- nearly a month after my last request. This being my third time trying to contact them for my W-2, I was greeted by someone who not only refused to connect me to the payroll but also gave me an incorrect number - one which had more than 7 digits! Furthermore, once connected to payroll, I was told that they would call me back the next day so that they could "figure everything out" -- even though I told them every bit of information they needed to know to look up my W-2 and to send it to the proper address. I am thoroughly amazed that this company is even able to function if their staff is this unprofessional and disorganized.
