Karissa always helps me promptly with emails or phone calls. Cypress creek is always professional and try to put you in a place to succeed and a job you would excel in. They are a good staffing agency I recommend give them a chance and you'll see. The job searching can be stressful and difficult least they make the process a bit easier.
