Custom-Pak is an excellent company to work for, they offer full health benefits, 401k with a generous match, great wages, profit sharing bonuses and a wide variety of other wonderful employee appreciation programs. They frequently have full course meals catered in from local restaurants for a free lunch across all shifts. They give every employee a personal birthday gift of their choice every year and also give gifts around the holidays. They provide free admission to local county fairs, and free tickets to a local baseball team. And their yearly company picnic is beyond words amazing. Like I said, it is an excellent company to work for and that isn’t even all of what they do for their workers. Advancement in the company is encouraged and easy to accomplish as well if you show the willingness and desire to do so.

The people treat you like an idiot for stopping a machine if it has a broken part in it. The HR lady wasn't a kind person either. Just a terrible place with terrible people.

I had a terrible expereince after speaking to Human Resources in both the DeWitt and Clinton facilities. Both woman were very rude and made it appoint to belittle me on the phone. It's a shame this company tolerates such poor professionalism and wants this representing them in the community.
