Hiring JJ Curtis to sell our home in Nevada was the best real estate decision we could have made! When we went to sell our home we never realized how many random issues would arise. It seemed like every step of the way some snag occurred that could potentially tamper with the sale of our home. JJ was quick to help us resolve the issues while we were living 500 miles away. He answered all questions for us in a timely manner and spent quite a bit of time at our home dealing with the unexpected. We trusted JJ and his team to help us make the best decisions that would save us the most time and money. If you are questioning who to hire to sell your home, don't waste your time. Cassie Daugherty was excellent. While we were looking for our forever home. She was quick to arrange showings of home we wanted to see as well as she watched the market and notified us as soon as something came on the market she thought we would like. Once we found our home it was the first day it was on the market. She he stayed late to get the offer in before anyone else had a chance. Once the offer was accepted She was very active on getting inspections etc scheduled. She was always available to answer questions and assist in anyway we needed throughout closing.I highly recommend Cassie for any real estate needs.

Giving Curtis & Sons a 1 because 0 is not an option. Note.... if your offering a servive in a small town how you treat individuals (whether rich or poor) should play a big part in whether your business suceeds or not. It shouldn't be based on your status in the community or who you know .

I DO NOT recommend this auction company if you are a seller. They rushed through the auction, ignored bidders, and sold items for a dollar even though other people were trying to bid. They were more interested in getting the auction over quickly than doing a good job for the seller.
