They seemed nice enough at first and took care of opening our business, but then they had a staff change due to an employee going on leave, and our paperwork got done by the new person who did not quite know what she was doing, so we had a hard time getting information we needed, and it took a while before we finally got our tax id number. After that we sent a number of emails asking questions and even called about when we had to pay our CA tax, and no one bothered to answer or return our call, so we ended up having to pay a penalty when we finally figured out we needed to pay the 800 tax even if we had no income. We had planned to have them do our bookkeeping and payroll when we started making money, which we are now, but we can't have someone who won't even return emails or calls.
