Worst agency ever! Quick to take your money for DBS n training but can't be bothered to contact you on the process of the DBS. The staff have no experience running a recruitment agency.Luckily I had another job and any placement from CTS would have been a top up of wages. Still, I spent my last £60 of the month on getting the DBS and the hygiene certificate certificates completed but it seems like they're more interested in taking my money for the KFC orders now it's been over a month. I haven't heard anything from them I had to call them to find out what's happening and they still giving me BS excuses. There are better agencies like Morgan Hunt, integrated Solutions, Berry Recruitment that pay you more n treat you with respect! Don't waste your time and money!
