Never in my life have i had someone get so rude over the phone. If you dont like your job then go find something that does make you happy. This is the DryRidge location.

This one star is no reflection on dry ridge location but Dana crown. They cuss people who are employed by them then here's their favorite part we are too busy to pay you right now you will get it when we get to it. I think people's pay should be the last thing you tell them you are too busy to get to. You are asking for some s*** when you mess with people's money, not okay, ever... Problem solved the woman who does the pay roll was getting a boob job that's why no one had got paid yet good job!

Kacia Shipley works for the dry ridge location I have recently gone through some medical issues myself and she was always there for me went above and beyond her job expectations to help me get through my time of need and also my daughter has been put in ICU and was very sick and she called every day to check on my little girl and just give me you know words of advice and you know sent prayers I could not have asked for a more caring and understanding person my experience with crown has been awesome they’re very good people I love the dry Ridge location Rhonda also being one person that has you know cared about how my dog was doing and when my dog was having seizures always asking how my health was doing I literally would recommend anybody going there they’re actually very caring good people outside of just finding you a job

Can find a job for you quickly unless they dont think you to be a useful tool they can use and can't turn you down because of discrimination. Then they will keep telling you to check back in the following week until you give up

Apparently they have earned a Reputation for NOT being good at paying people on time.I have yet to hear from anybody who thinks they are very consistent about paying people on time.I know years ago when I worked for them I was actually a week late getting my first check. I thought they were unprofessional back then. From what I hear (from more than one person) they are still bad about paying people late.Thankfully I havn't had to go through Crown for work in a few years.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Went in last week after receiving a message about a job offer and sending in my resume. Was told that I shouldn’t have driven there and that they wouldn’t know anything until “at least Monday”, but they assured me they had sent my resume to the employer. I asked if I could just be assigned something I didn’t have to wait indefinitely for and was told no and that I should wait. I called them on Monday (today) and was sent to voicemail so I left a message with a callback number and waited a few hours only to hear nothing so I tried to call again, the phone was answered and I was rudely and shortly asked to hold and then promptly hung up on. Every attempt to call back was sent to voicemail. In short, VERY unprofessional staff and environment with lack of care for whether or not they get you a job. Overall just felt like they were trying to push me out the door the whole time I was there and like they just didn’t want or care to do their jobs efficiently. Basically a huge waste of time.
