If I could give a zero star I would. Ran us out of our seats then mixed my ticket up with the people she gave our seats to, 45 minutes later took us back to our seats the one she ran us out of!! And then ask to see my ticket again, the one she took from me that she never gave back!!! And was not gonna let me sit down!!!! Missed 45 minutes of the concert!!! HALF OF THE CONCERT!!!!!!

As a former employee of this company, I would give it zero stars if that was an option. First of all,the owner is greedy and cuts the employees checks short by making them list their sign out times at an earlier time than how long was actually worked (multiple occasions). Also, many of the individuals put in management positions are incompetent. Overall the company does not care about their employees. They treat the employees as if they are deplorable and can be easily replaced when in fact this company has a very high turnover rate.

I was kicked out of Rockfest on a false accusations & threaten to be arrested by Barry Rosenliez. He and the entire company cannot be trusted by the public. they conduct in practices that are not law-abiding or constitutional. Be careful of CSI employees at every Major venue in Kansas City & Sandstone Amphitheatre.
