Feedback:

Great company, folks this is a part-time job, not ment for paying all your monthly bills or raising a family. If you come in do your job, which is easy, a 6 hr. shift with a half hour lunch , handing out food samples and greeting members, telling them what you have, where they find it and how much it is. Not hard making over 10.50$ an hr. for part-time no degree needed job. Paid weekly. Best job I ever had

This place is a joke after upper management turned over. Avoid a layoff and stay clear. Recruiting is a joke now also stay clear.

This business is really bad at picking good team leaders because most of them are just jerks and they don't consider the thoughts of their team members but there are some that are great team leaders that show a good example for crossmark please check in on the team members and ask how they feel of their team leaders this might improve the company.

Just got a call from this place claiming to be federal agents and saying someone in Texas had stolen my social security and was committing social security fraud. I’m 19 so someone using my social wouldn’t be able to commit social security fraud until I hit my 60s. Then they said I had a warrant for my arrest lmao. A federal agent won’t tell you they have a warent lmfao. And a marketing company ain’t gonna call you about it. It’ll be a social security office. I should report these idiots to the fbi for impersonating a federal agent which comes with prison time and a huge fine. Also they should be careful who they scam cause they have an adress and the wrong person might drive up there and deal with it old school

Pay is awful and there relationship with them and Sam's is fragile at best. Managers have no power to manage. Sam's club managers do not work together with crossmark managers inside the club. So they can adequately and efficiently execute their jobs. Also makes it hard on the employees that crossmark managers need to and try to provide a good stable work inviroment. Their is no resolution in sight for making changes. Some of the comments from 3yrs ago today are still the same issues today. Doesn't look to go any better in the future.

Unprofessional... And company doesn't keep thier promises! A few months ago i watched management terminate about 20 employees. Same employees they promised a bonus they fired. Never worked for a company so unethical and lost.

Worked for this company for 6 months, I was wrongfully terminated for a policy that was not put in place, and was one of the fellow recruiters that was also cheated out of the team bonus that was to be distributed. Favoritism is big, and the lack of integrity in this company is bigger. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

This company has no integrity and very unorganize. I worked for this company for 9 months and was told by my recruiter manager T@mmy that I would receive a bonus if our team met bonus. We achieved the goal but the money was given elsewhere after being told it would be given to us. 14 recruiters were let go because of a policy that was never put in place or even discuss with these recruiters all over an assumption. My opinion before you apply please do your research because everything that shine is golden. When working for corporate you expect respect, integrity, honesty, and coaching which this company doesn’t offer.

Horrible company to work for. You are only a number as an employee. A lot of false promises were made to me on behalf of the supervisors. This company is in a race to the bottom by cutting employees, longer work hours, and continuously further travel. Reimbursement for travel and being paid for hours worked is a constant struggle. The employee portal is constantly being changed which adds extra work hours off the clock you will not be paid for. You must constantly fight to get paid and keep your job. Higher up positions are filled not based on work ethic but by who you know and are friends with inside the company. It is a dead end job that I wasted nearly a year with. Don't be fooled as they are always desperate to hire anyone who applies. Third party help is consistently being used as the turnover rate is so high which only add to how inefficient this company is. The IT department is like working with windows 95 OS. A failing business model is in place with this dying company.
